You are welcome to complete a claim form online which will be addressed promptly on our return.
For urgent claims such as fire, storm or flood, please contact your servicing broker. Alternatively, please send a brief TXT message to 027 700-1831 or email Jerry@icib.co.nz with your contact details. We will call you as soon as possible on receipt of your message.
For overseas travel claims, your insurance documents will confirm which company applies for your policy. Please make direct contact with the respective emergency New Zealand contact:
