What to do if you need to make a travel claim

Like personal travel, business travel can involve missed connections, lost luggage, and hotel mix-ups. If you or your staff run into problems while travelling for work, make a claim as soon as you can.​

How to make a claim:​​

  1. Submit a claim form as soon as you find out about the loss, so we can notify your insurer.​​
  2. Include any supporting documentation – including full original itinerary, invoices for travel and amended bookings, correspondence from carriers, medical certificates, and proof of ownership.​
