How to make a claim:
- Submit a claim form as soon as you become aware of loss or damage, so we can notify your insurer.
- Take all possible steps to minimise further damage or loss.
- Include supporting information with your claim, including quotes for replacement and repair, purchase receipts, and photographs of damage.
- For claims involving burglary, notify the police immediately and include their reference number on your claim form.
