How to make a claim:

  1. Submit a claim form as soon as you’re aware of loss or damage, so we can notify your insurer.
  2. Immediately lodge pro-forma claims against all responsible parties.
  3. Take all necessary steps to mitigate loss or further damage.
  4. For Cargo Claims include all supporting documentation including shipping invoices, Bill of Lading/Air Waybills, Certificate of Insurance, and any correspondence exchanged with carriers and other involved parties.
  5. For Hull Claims include supporting documentation such as repair/replacement quotes and photographs of damage.
