Marine insurance claims can be complicated, involving suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders, often in different parts of the world. Get your issue resolved by making a claim as quickly as possible and including as much detail as you can.
How to make a claim:
- Submit a claim form as soon as you’re aware of loss or damage, so we can notify your insurer.
- Immediately lodge pro-forma claims against all responsible parties.
- Take all necessary steps to mitigate loss or further damage.
- For Cargo Claims include all supporting documentation including shipping invoices, Bill of Lading/Air Waybills, Certificate of Insurance, and any correspondence exchanged with carriers and other involved parties.
- For Hull Claims include supporting documentation such as repair/replacement quotes and photographs of damage.
