What to do if you need to make an insurance claim after hours

Motor vehicle claims

Windscreen Damage

You only need to provide your policy number. A claim form is not required.

Please note that towing/ storage charges will be reimbursed upon acceptance of your claim. Exclusions may apply in certain circumstances.

Vehicle accident involving a third party
  • Take photos of both vehicles, showing the registration number(s), area of impact, damage.
  • Obtain the third party's details, i.e. name, address, email, phone number, vehicle registration, and insurance company.
  • Report to police if necessary
  • Do not admit liability or agree settlement.

Property claims

  • Take immediate steps to minimise further damage.

  • Take photos to show source(s) and extent of damage.
